About the property

FULLY FURNISHED ROOM with OWN BATHROOM (Room 1) House and Room Room 1 is FULLY FURNISHED with it’s own bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a double bed + couch + desk + wardrobe! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). The common areas are cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible. The bedroom size of the rooms with own bathroom is 18 m2. The bathroom has around 4 m2 so in total the rooms have 22 m2. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with all necessary cooking equipment and is also cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. We also provide you extra with two separate bathrooms in this one apartment (two showers, two toilets and one washing machine) that is cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included.
